  • SUCCESS: Brand-new Fareham Innovation Centre, which provides occupiers with advice and support to help them start and grow their businesses, will be 80% full from December 1st, just eight months after opening. To showcase the facility, the £5.3m centre hosted its inaugural Open For Business event. Occupiers at Merlin House, next to the former military Daedalus airfield at Lee-on-the-Solent, are from the marine, automotive, aerospace and engineering sectors.
