Geoff Swatridge

Geoff joined Oxford Innovation in 2011 and his responsibilities include buildings and facilities management; input to design and fit-out for new build centres; business rates; and the competitive sourcing process for commercial contracts for utilities, telecommunications and internet services. Geoff has developed common operational processes across our portfolio of centres and is responsible for our quality management system which is BSI and ISO accredited.

Between 2006 and 2011 Geoff worked under contract as the Managing Agent for the Ordnance Survey (UK Mapping agency) reporting directly to the Head of Estates, managing all aspects of Facilities Management across their UK offices. Prior to this Geoff has held senior management roles in Science Park Management and manufacturing (IBM) balancing customer satisfaction, cost control and staff motivation.
