How we deliver unique
workspaces that stand out
We know that every place is unique – with its own strengths and challenges. We focus on delivering something special in each place, that will push boundaries and help our clients (building owners) stand out from the competition.
In a growing and competitive marketplace, we look to target emerging trends using different approaches to our competitors. We work with our clients to understand their needs and create new approaches based on the idea that differentiation is the key to success.
Over the last 30 years, we have played a positive role in shaping the innovation landscape. From this we have developed a unique understanding of the market and the need to target next practice, not best practice.
This approach gives our clients the competitive edge when looking to develop an innovation centre that is both financially sustainable and future proof.
Our projects

University of West England - Future Space
We worked with UWE Bristol in the delivery and on-going management the 4,000 m2 (43,000 ft2) incubation and grow-on facility, Future Space.
UWE's objectives focused primarily on generating economic growth by facilitating interaction between business, research and clinical and academic communities, supporting enterprise, new business and significant job creation.

Tameside Borough Council - Ashton Old Baths
We worked with Tameside Borough Council to develop and re-purpose the iconic Ashton Old Baths from an empty landmark to a thriving business hub. Designed for creative industries in the Tameside Area.
Tameside Borough Council's objectives focused on creating a modern space for creative industries to thrive, whilst maintaining the buildings original features and heritage.

Stockport Borough Council - Stockport BIC
Stockport Borough Council appointed Oxford Innovation to inject a new lease of life into an existing centre, Stockport Business and Innovation Centre.
Located on the third floor of the iconic Broadstone Mill, a former cotton mill, the centre opened in 2005 and had been on a decline for a number of years. Oxford Innovation worked with Stockport Borough Council to create and implement a regeneration plan within the centre, which included both a drastic refurbishment and re-brand.
